Sunday School
Sunday School classes for children ages 3 - 6th grade resume on Sunday, September 13th. Children will gather with their teachers from 10:30 until 11:15 a.m when they will join their parents for the Eucharist. The Pre-School class (ages 3-5) will be learning basic bible stories, simple songs, and beginning prayers. The Primary and Intermediate classes will begin the year by learning about Creation and Stewardship of the Earth, using a program developed by Leader Resources. They will continue with a study of Old Testament heroes; Deborah, Samson, Gideon and Samuel. All children are also invited to participate in special events at St. Andrew's including the Blessing of the Animals, the parish retreat at Shrine Mont, the Lantern Walk, St. Andrew's Day procession and potluck, the parish Christmas party, and no-rehearsal Christmas pageant.
